Inspired by over 20 years of passion, experience, and dedication, Radu Panfil created a place where his journey, heritage, and love for hospitality come together.

Our menu reflects a deep passion for the ocean and the art of fishing, expressed through a rich and diverse selection of seafood. Alongside it, you will find French classics and a special “French” banquet—a tribute to Paris, a culture he deeply admires, and the first foreign language he embraced.

At the same time, we honor our roots with dishes like smoked pork hock, borscht, buzhenina, and more—flavors that have become beloved in Brighton Beach. This part of our menu is a reflection of our love and respect for New York—a city that brings together people, cultures, and traditions from all over the world.
